What are the delivery charges?

For regular orders a shipping charge of AED 15 is applicable. For all other orders of AED 300 and above it's free delivery

What exactly happens after placing an order?

Customer will receive a confirmation mail once the order is placed successfully. On the meantime a request will be forwarded to the processing department in which it will be arranged, quality checked, packed and dispatched to the courier hub. From the courier hub it will be delivered directy to the customer's hand.

How long will delivery take?

The standard delivery period is 3 working days. However it can get delayed;

- According to the product availability

- If the customer's information is incomplete

- If the customer fail to respond to the courier

- If the customer location is a remote area

Why have I not received an order confirmation?

Confirmation mail will be forwarded to the customer's email ID at the placement of every successful order. If the confirmation is not received, the order can either be unsuccessful or the email ID you provided can be wrong

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. Once the order is confirmed, the detailed invoice will be forwarded to your email

I have not yet received my delivery, although the stated delivery time has passed?

You can track your product status at Track Your Order with your AWB no. Or you can contact to our customer care no to know the product status

Can I cancel the purchase?

The purchase can be cancelled, only before it is confirmed. Once it is confirmed, you will have to contact our customer care to cancel and alter your order.
